AtΒ VYA, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only. Refunds are not available.

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Exchanges are accepted only for:

  • Manufacturing or stitching defects
  • Wrong product received
  • Size exchange (subject to stock availability)

2. Size Exchange

  • Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Exchange charges, including front and back courier charges must be bared by the customer .
  • Only one time exchange is allowed per order.

3. Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact

Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be exchanged.


4. Unboxing Video Required

A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to:

  • Damaged products
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item received

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The unpacking process
  • The issue with the product

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

  • Reverse pickup is not available.
  • Customers must return the product using a courier service at their own expense.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or customer-caused damage.
  • Minor colour variations caused by lighting or screen settings
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

7. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.


8. Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds.

If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A different product of equal value, or
  • A store credit/coupon code for the order value that can be used in the future purchase.
